- The doors open at 07:15 PM and the event starts at 08:00 PM.
- Guest above 14+ are allowed into the venue.

- Tickets are sold at the Best Seating availability as per the option chosen
- Tickets are non-refundable.
- No re-entry or exit once you've entered the venue.
- Wear casual attire, such as shorts or flip flops, to uphold our venue standards. Guests not complying with the dress code will not be permitted entry.

- Only popcorn and water are allowed inside the auditorium. Other refreshments are to be consumed only in the registration area.
- Getting to the Arena - We recommend public transport to avoid traffic. Limited paid parking is available on site.
- Please note that the gold category is on the 1st floor and the Silver/Bronze categories are on the 2nd floor.
- There is no lift to access the 1st and 2nd floor and the only way to access these categories is through the stairs
