• Tickets once booked will not be refunded/exchanged/upgraded. The organizer's decision is final.
• No re-entry once you've entered the venue.
• Professional cameras, laptops, tablets, selfie sticks/monopods or tripods, and audio or video recorders are not allowed at the venue.
• Possession of illegal substances, weapons (including projectiles), drones, remote-controlled devices, glow sticks, and illuminating objects such as LED signage is prohibited.
• Tickets type will be E-tickets
• The rates for The Elevate Deck is for 4 pax as it is Table of 4 pax.
• The rates for VIP POD (3 or 4) is for 5 pax and is for ages 21+
• The rates for VIP POD 2 is for 5 pax and is for ages 21+
• Tickets are sold at the Best Seating availability as per the option chosen.
