- Global Village operates seasonally, opening each year from October to May
- Shared transfers run only from centrally located hotels and residences in Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed Road and Dubai Marina
- If your hotel sits outside the standard pickup zone, the operations team will coordinate an alternative arrangement
- Transfer timings can shift depending on traffic conditions and your pickup location
- Food, souvenirs, shopping and rides inside the park are all at your own cost
- Children must wear the safety wristband issued at the ticket booths or information kiosk
- Animals and pets are not allowed inside Global Village
- Outside food and beverages cannot be brought into the park
- Rollers, skateboards, hoverboards, bicycles and similar wheeled items are not permitted inside
- Dress respectfully, with shoulders and knees covered for both men and women
- Last entry is 30 minutes before closing time, and guests over 65 or under 3 years enter free
